From the Department
Rent a locker
- Lockers are located in FASB 348, aka the Quiet Cave.
- Cost is $10 in cash (pay to the office in FASB 205). $5 will be refunded after the key is returned.
Staff Schedules
- Thea: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Remote on Fridays.
- Sam: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-3:30pm. Remote Wednesdays (starting next week), off on Fridays.
- Ashley: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Remote on Mondays.
Undergrad Students

Important Dates
- Friday, January 9th - last day to wait list & last day to add without a permission code
- Friday, January 16th - last day to add, drop, audit, and elect CR/NR
- Friday, March 6th - last day to withdraw from classes
Internships & Scholarships
- NAGT Scholarships for Field Study - Applications due February 14th. - Each year, NAGT makes eighteen $750 awards to undergraduate students to facilitate their study of field geoscience. Applications due February 14th.
- SADCO-TAMU Undergraduate Internship - Applications due February 20th - The Scientific Ocean Drilling Coordination Office (SODCO) at Texas A&M University invites applications for the SODCO-TAMU Undergraduate Internship, taking place in summer 2026. This 7-week, in-person internship will run from June 1 to July 17, 2026 at the Scientific Ocean Drilling (SOD) Department on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, Texas.
