  3. GeoClub and the Department of Geology & Geophysics reserves the right to open a locker without the consent of the student to whom the locker is registered in instances where locker procedures are being abused or in the case of an emergency situation.
  4. Flammable materials, dangerous chemicals, explosives, or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the lockers.

  8. All personal items must be stored completely within a locker. All items left outside of a locker, whether secured or not, will be removed and disposed of accordingly.
  9. The locker agreement (and fee) is good for one semester. Each semester, new rentals are made on a first-come first-serve basis.
  10. Lockers will be cleaned out and all contents removed each semester exactly one week after finals week. You must remove everything from the locker and return the key before this date.
  11. Lockers are provided on a first-pay-first-serve basis for a fee of $10 (CASH ONLY) per semester. After emptying the locker, having the locker inspected for damage, and returning the key before the deadline each semester, students will receive up to $5 back (pending any damages or the need to replace the key).

All lockers will be emptied and content will be removed one week after the end of the academic. All items remaining in the locker will be turned in to the Department of Geology & Geophysics lost and found for 1 semester and then will be disposed of appropriately.
