A "group trip" is defined as 10+ U of U travelers who all have the same itinerary.
Trip leaders for all "group trips" need to discuss the trip with the Department Travel Facilitator well in advance of the dates of travel and before any reservations are made or logisticas are paid for. Trip leaders should prepare a budget and have a list of trip participants (including their UNIDs) prior to meeting with the Department Travel Facilitator.
Work with the Department Travel Facilitator will ensure that all logisticts are handled in accordance with university policy. It will also ensure that all travelers will know what they need to do before, during, and after their trip in regards to required travel paperwork.
